Clean Space Place is not a cleaning company. We do not employ, supervise, or control the cleaners listed or connected through our platform. Each cleaner operates as an independent contractor and is solely responsible for their own work, tools, scheduling, and compliance with applicable laws.

Property owners and cleaners contract directly with each other. Clean Space Place’s role is limited to coordination, communication, and optional payment facilitation between both parties.

2. No Liability for Damages or Loss

Clean Space Place assumes no responsibility or liability for any property damage, theft, or loss that may occur during a cleaning service. Any disputes, claims, or issues arising between property owners and cleaners must be resolved directly between those parties.

Clean Space Place disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the quality, timing, or reliability of any services performed by cleaners.

3. Insurance & Responsibility

Clean Space Place encourages all cleaners to maintain valid liability insurance and to comply with all local, state, and federal requirements for independent service providers. Property owners are advised to maintain appropriate homeowner or rental insurance to cover potential incidents during cleaning appointments.

4. Payments and Fees

Payments processed through Clean Space Place are for coordination and scheduling assistance. Clean Space Place collects coordination fees for managing scheduling, verification, and communication, but does not act as an employer or direct payor to cleaning professionals.

5. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to ensure that all listings, pricing, and service descriptions are accurate, Clean Space Place makes no guarantee regarding the accuracy or completeness of information provided by independent cleaners or third parties.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clean Space Place, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our platform or coordination services.
